Course bookings made via the website, phone or in person are deemed to accept the term and conditions stated in this section. Once you place you order with rebecca-jane.com you will receive a receipt of your purchase. We will then be in contact shortly to confirm your booking and dates that you have requested. Should there be any reason the dates you requested are already full then we will be in touch to discuss alternative dates that suit you.
Course cancellations & refund policy
Should students change their mind about their booking, you have 7 working days to tell us of which you will then receive a full refund. Should you change you mind after the 8th day after booking then I'm afraid that the course amount is non-refundable. You have the option to use the amount spent as a gift voucher for someone else or it can be exchanged for the equivalent amount in products from rebecca-jane.com. Should Rebecca become ill then you will be notified as soon as possible and a new date will be arranged for your course at your convenience.
Rebecca-Jane handbags & Orders
Custom made orders are available and can be ordered through emailing email@example.com. Prices will vary and production can take about 2 months from final decision of shape and style.
The nature of working with recycled materials means that you get slight differences in each piece that is made even if it is the same style. We use recycled leather jackets to make all designs and Blacks and Browns tend to be the most easily found but other colours are available on request but can take longer for delivery.
Your order will be dispatched within 2 days of placing your order in the SHOP section and 4 weeks in the DESIGN TO ORDER section , some may be dispatched sooner but it depends on stock availability.
All shipping is done through Uk Royal Mail tracked & insured service. Uk residence it takes approximately 1 working day, Eu we use Airsure® mail it takes up to three days to Western Europe, five days to Eastern Europe and seven days for the rest of the world. Items are always sent with a tracked and insured service so that your purchase arrives with you safely and stress free for both parties.
Rebecca-Jane does not take responsibility for items damaged in transit but will when possible claim for any items lost and will re-fund the cost of the purchase when royal mail has re-funded the lost item
Rebecca-Jane handbags & Refunds
If you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, then please notify us immediately and we will send you a re-placement once the damaged item has been returned. We will pay all costs of returning and re-sending your re-placement item.
If you are not happy with your choice of purchase once it has arrived then we will be happy to exchange your item for another product but we can not give you a cash refund. Items will have to be returned at your cost and a separate shipping cost will be invoiced and will have to be paid prior to delivery of the new item.
